Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Who we are

Stonemasons Hub is a group of World of Warcraft players offering boosting and coaching for World of Warcraft: Forever, for customers worldwide.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and World of Warcraft: Forever are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

How requests and quotes work

  • Our website sells nothing and takes no payment. You send a free-text request with your Discord username and a few choices (play mode, region, faction, realm type).
  • A booster contacts you on Discord with a personal plan, ETA and price.
  • Sending a request creates no obligation for you or for us. An order only exists once you explicitly accept the quote on Discord. Payment terms are agreed in that same conversation.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the owner of the game account the service is for.
  • The information you give us is accurate.
  • You are 18 or older, or you have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • During a Pilot or Remote session, you don't log in or let anyone else use the account without telling us first.

Play modes and risk

  • Selfplay: you play your own character and we carry you. This is the lowest-risk option.
  • Pilot: a booster logs into your account.
  • Remote: a booster plays on your PC through remote desktop. Your login is not shared.

Be aware that boosting in general, and account sharing (Pilot) in particular, may go against Blizzard's Terms of Service. You choose the mode, and you accept that risk.

We never ask for your Blizzard payment information. We recommend keeping 2FA/an authenticator on your account and changing your password after a Pilot service.

What we don't guarantee

  • Blizzard's actions: bans, suspensions, rollbacks, hotfixes or server downtime.
  • Loot. Item drops are random and never guaranteed unless your quote explicitly says so.
  • ETAs, if delays come from your availability.

How we play

We don't use cheats, bots or exploits.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to deliver what we agreed. If something goes wrong, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for things outside our control listed above. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you accepted your quote apply to that order.
